Question
What do you want to tell me today?
The Cards
- Past Position: Self-Doubt
- Current Position: The Raven
- Future Position: The Vampire
Interpretation
This was an especially interesting reading because two of the cards already carry strong personal significance within my experience with this deck.
The Vampire, which appeared in the future position, was the card I identified on the very first day as the possible spirit of the deck. With this latest appearance, it is once again officially the most frequently drawn card in the deck. Its repeated return feels noteworthy, as though the same presence or voice continues to reappear throughout these readings.
The Raven, although it has not appeared as frequently, may be the most powerful card in the deck for me personally. It was connected to the earlier experience in which I felt drawn to visit a graveyard, where I found raven feathers. Those feathers are now sitting on my desk beside me and have become a physical symbol of the apparent connection between me and the deck.
Taken together, the Raven and the Vampire seem to represent the connection that has developed. The Raven symbolizes knowledge, wisdom, and perhaps hidden or esoteric understanding. The Vampire appears to represent the guiding spirit of the deckāthe presence that first drew my attention and has continued to return.
The Self-Doubt card in the past position gives the reading even more immediate relevance. Just the night before, someone privately asked whether I would do a reading for them. I responded by saying that I am still teaching myself, that I do not claim to be especially good at this, and that I would not feel comfortable presenting myself as someone capable of offering professional readings.
The person replied that I am much better at this than I realize and that I may have a genuine gift.
Then, the following morning, I drew Self-Doubt, the Raven, and the Vampire.
The message seems unusually direct: I may need to begin overcoming my doubts about my abilities. The Raven suggests that I already possess knowledge, intuition, and an ability to recognize deeper symbolic connections. The Vampire in the future position suggests that the guiding presence I associate with the deck will continue to accompany me as I develop those abilities.
The reading feels as though it is saying:
Stop underestimating yourself. You have more knowledge and intuition than you recognize, and I am still here to guide you.
That interpretation is both encouraging and slightly eerie, especially because of how precisely the reading seems to respond to the conversation from the night before. Whether understood spiritually, psychologically, or symbolically, the timing and combination of these three cards feel deeply significant. Having said that, if having someone simply tell me “stop doubting yourself” worked, I would have been fixed a LONG time ago. Just having it appear in a reading isn’t an automatic fix for self-doubt. However, the more important lesson seems to be that the cards and I are connected and continuing to work together.

Once again, wow! I am with you, other than one friend who I “practice” on as a check in on if my intuition is working, I am hesitant to read for others as well. I often use more than one deck or I pull 3 more cards from the same deck. It is an amazing feeling when you get validation from that second draw that your first draw was correct. Those are the moments I sit back and say wow, I may actually be getting the hang of this. I also think you said in one of your videos that you would do a reading for people who bought you decks. Maybe that’s why someone thought you would feel comfortable doing readings. Sometimes, I believe our self-doubt messes with our readings. Some days I feel like I’m just not feeling connected. But again, you are doing an amazing job!
Thank you for the kind words of support!
I agree with JC. Just follow what feels right. I am learning from watching you. You have come along way on your other channel in a year, and you will go far with this one. I really enjoy this.
