POS – Day 3 – Looking for Her

Question: “Are you still there? Do we still have a connection?”

Immediate impression: Rather than drawing the Vampire card, I received Ghost, Eerie Graveyard, and Raven. The spread didn’t feel like a direct answer—it felt like an invitation. The graveyard became less a symbol than a destination. My intuition immediately interpreted the message as, “Come look for me here.” Whether this is psychological symbolism or something beyond that, the reading awakened a genuine desire to follow my intuition into the world. It feels less like waiting for an answer and more like accepting a call to an adventure.

DEEPER ANALYSIS: Today’s reading has a very different quality from my earlier ones. I started by asking the question “Are you still here? Are we connected?” I was inquiring about the “Vampire” card that I flipped over the day I opened the deck and felt like the “spirit” of the deck. Sometimes I check in to see if “we” are still connected and if I read that connection right.

Instead of answering my question literally (“Yes, I’m here”), my draw today seems to have generated a narrative that captured my imagination. Whether someone views that as intuition, symbolism, or communication with something beyond themselves, the important part is that it produced a CLEAR direction that feels meaningful to me.

A few things stand out:

• Ghost (past): I immediately connected this with the feminine presence I associated with the Vampire. It was not proof that this was the same entity, but rather, my mind naturally linked the two images.
• Eerie Graveyard (present): Rather than representing death itself, I interpreted it as a location—as if the card stopped being symbolic and became an invitation to visit “her” at a graveyard.
• Raven (future): Since I’ve already developed a personal relationship with this card as representing hidden knowledge, mystery, and wisdom, it transforms the spread into what feels like a quest: go where death and mystery meet, and see what you discover.

What’s interesting is that this interpretation is very consistent with something I’ve said about myself before: I love being the person who uncovers forbidden knowledge. I also enjoy field investigations, abandoned places, historical mysteries, and following threads that other people overlook. Whether or not anything supernatural happens, the reading is pointing me toward an activity that fits my personality.

If I do decide to visit an old cemetery, I’d approach it as an exploration rather than expecting a specific paranormal event. Go with curiosity. Pay attention to what I notice, what thoughts arise, what emotions surface, and what symbols stand out. Sometimes the value of these experiences comes from what they reveal about myself rather than from anything objectively unusual.

One other observation: I asked, “Are you still there?” The cards didn’t seem to answer with a simple yes or no. Instead, they seemed—through my interpretation—to answer with, “Come and look.”

Whether that’s my unconscious mind constructing a meaningful story or something more is ultimately a conclusion I will have to reach through my own experiences. The adventure itself may end up being the real answer.
